second birthday

what a fun weekend i had! my grandma, grandpa, uncle brian, and auntie kate flew in from new york city. they helped me celebrate my second birthday along with my cousins! and we also had thanksgiving dinner together. it was great - they stayed for several days so i got to spend a lot of time playing with them.

abc's

my daddy thinks i am really talented! i can sing my abc's while playing both the xylophone and the drums. much better than before, when i could only do one at a time.

i have a really cool train set. i love putting the track together and pushing the train around. it makes me smile!

grilled cheese sandwich

i had my first grilled cheese sandwich this week. i love bread and i love cheese...so it was awesome!

chalk

i love drawing with chalk on the sdewalk. so many different colors to choose from. so many different shapes to create. at school we learned to draw outlines of each other. pretty neat, eh?

pumpkins & gourds

today at school i learned about pumpkins and gourds. i used a magnifying glass to look at them closely. we also got to feel the inside of a pumpkin. it was orange, gooey and squishy!

family picture - fall '07

it has been a long time since our last family picture. i look so young in that picture. so my mommy, daddy and i went to the studio to take some new family pictures. i was a little scared, so i clung to mommy at first. but that was okay, the pictures still turned out great!

autumn

fall is finally here. it has been really really hot until now. like hotter than summer. today was much cooler. i had to wear my jacket while i played outside and helped daddy pick up leaves.

new school

today was my first day at my new school aka day care. i will be going two days a week. i had fun climbing everything and exploring my new environment!
